A LEED Gold certified project in western Colorado.

Cedaredge Elementary School consists of 38,000 s.f. of new construction and 18,000 s.f. of renovation. The existing building is on the State Historic Register. This project, completed in August 2012, is on track to be LEED Gold Certified. The new construction includes 16 classrooms, library, cafeteria, administrative area, main entry, and connection to the existing building. The renovation consists of eight classrooms, teacher support spaces, conference room, and remodeled gymnasium.
